These Terms and Conditions apply to the Reflexium mobile application (the "Application"), provided as a free service by GRM Gaming (the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the Application. If you do not agree, do not use the Application. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Reflexium is a general-audience entertainment application featuring reflex and memory mini-games. It is not specifically designed for children under 13. This statement is not an official store age rating. Minimum age and parental-consent requirements depend on the laws where you live. Use the Application under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.

2. License and Restrictions

As long as you comply with these terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not unlawfully use or attempt to bypass the Application's security, or copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the Application without authorization, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application and its content remain with the Service Provider or the relevant rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

3. Application Changes, Fees, and Updates

The Application is currently offered as a free service and does not currently offer in-app purchases. The Service Provider may change or add features, or introduce paid features in the future. If a charge is introduced, it will be disclosed before you incur it, and any required purchase will be handled through the applicable platform and subject to its terms.

The Service Provider may release updates for security, maintenance, or compatibility. You may need to install an update to continue using certain features. Updates and compatibility depend on your device, operating system, and app store. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be updated or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

4. Ads and Third-Party Services

The Application may display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Some features and advertisements require an internet connection. The Service Provider does not control third-party advertising content, availability, websites, or services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. 5. Virtual Items

Coins, power-ups, themes, and unlockable games in the Application are for in-app use only. They are not real money or property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another user. They may be earned through gameplay or rewarded advertisements. The Service Provider may adjust their amount, availability, or function for game balance, technical reasons, or to prevent misuse.

6. Internet Access and Charges

Some features require an active internet connection, which may be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality caused by unavailable connectivity or exhausted data allowances. Your mobile carrier's terms apply, and you are responsible for data, roaming, or other charges incurred through your use of the Application. If you are not the person responsible for paying the device or network bill, you must have that person's permission where required.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. Rooting or jailbreaking may reduce device security or affect the Application's operation.

7. Availability and Disclaimer

The Application and its features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application or end its support, subject to applicable law. The Application is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy, availability, or suitability of third-party services or content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Application or reliance on third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Application and uninstall it at any time. The Service Provider may suspend or discontinue the Application where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. When your right to use the Application ends, you must stop using it and uninstall it if necessary. Virtual items and local progress may no longer be available if the Application is discontinued or removed.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms and effective date will be posted on this page. Where appropriate, notice of significant changes may also be provided. Your continued use of the Application after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
