This Privacy Policy applies to the Reflexium mobile application (the "Application"), provided as a free service by GRM Gaming (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as is. This policy explains what information may be stored on your device and processed by third-party services when you use the Application.

1. Information We Collect and Use

The Application does not require you to create an account or enter personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. The Application stores information such as game settings, progress, scores, and virtual items on your device. This information is not sent to the Service Provider's own servers.

The Application uses the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK to serve advertisements. Depending on Google's policies, your device settings, and the features used, the advertising SDK and Google Play Services may automatically process information such as your IP address, advertising or device identifiers, device model and operating system, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance data. Google may also process signals about app use or ad impressions and interactions. The Application does not use its own usage analytics or crash-reporting service.

The Application does not request or itself collect your device's precise location. However, Google may process network information such as your IP address to infer approximate location or for other purposes.

The current version of the Application does not use artificial intelligence (AI) to process personal data or provide features.

The Application does not use information entered in the Application to send you emails, important notices, or marketing messages.

2. Third-Party Access and Sharing

The Application uses third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google Play Services. Google may process information directly to serve ads and provide related services, so it would not be accurate to say that only aggregated and anonymized information is transmitted. Google's use, retention, and sharing of information are governed by its own policies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy, advertising technology information, and Ad Settings.

The Service Provider does not receive Application user data on its own servers and does not sell user data to independent third parties. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities. The Service Provider does not control Google's independent data practices.

3. Internet Connection and Notifications

Some features require an internet connection. The Application may send a request to an address operated by Google to check connectivity; the service provider may see your IP address and standard connection information. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can manage or revoke notification permissions in your device settings.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data such as game settings and progress may remain on your device until you clear the Application's data or uninstall it. Operating-system backup behavior may vary. Because the Application does not send user data to the Service Provider, the Service Provider does not maintain a separate retention period for such data. Google's retention of information it processes is governed by Google's practices and policies.

Uninstalling the Application stops it from collecting new information from your device, but may not delete information Google has already processed. 5. Children

The Application is not specifically designed for children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13 through the Application. Game data is stored on the device; however, Google's advertising SDK may process information in accordance with its policies and your settings. Different requirements may apply depending on the country, including COPPA and local rules implementing the GDPR that protect children. Parents or guardians should supervise a child's use of the Application and review device and advertising privacy settings.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the Application, contact us at reflexiumapp@gmail.com. The Application does not store such information on the Service Provider's servers. We will review the matter and advise on appropriate steps. You may also need to contact Google about information it has processed.

6. Security and International Transfers

The Service Provider does not process personal data on its own servers through the Application. Information stored on your device is subject to your device's and operating system's security. Information processed by Google is subject to Google's security practices and policies and may be processed on servers outside your country. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can uninstall the Application to stop it from collecting new information from your device, or clear its data in your device settings to delete locally stored information. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and advertising preferences using Google's tools. You may send us requests to exercise rights available under the laws that apply to you. Requests concerning information processed directly by Google may need to be directed to Google.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current text and effective date will be posted on this page. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of significant changes. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Using the Application indicates that you have read this policy. Any legal basis or consent required for data processing depends on applicable law and Google's own processes; this policy does not replace consent required by law.
